Visitors of all ages can invent their own city and explore an imaginary urban environment with others during this guided workshop in Journey Through the City.  Working with more than 1,000 pieces of materials in the space, visitors will be able to manipulate and transform their visionary models of urban landscapes.

Workshop Theme: Memorializing History

Cities are BIG, but you can learn how to fit one onto a small piece of art.  Cut, glue, and paint as you mix-up materials with a Museum Educator in our Studio.  The sky is the limit, so build the city of your dreams! 

Each Sunday in The Studio we'll explore a new art-making activity inspired by paintings, sculptures, and drawings on view at The Museum.  Play with games, earn prizes from the Search and Find, and engage in family-friendly, docent-led tours.
