Dr. Amy Galpin, Associate Curator of the Art of the Americas, will speak about the behind-the-scenes process of putting this exhibition together and offer insider information about the artists and the included works. Women, War, and Industry features works in the Museum's Permanent Collection with specific attention to World War I and World War II posters and photographs by significant artists. To complement the Museum's holdings, a number of modern and contemporary works by artists such as Miyoshi Barosh, Doris Bittar, Nava Lubelski, and Catherine Opie have been selected.
