Chopped Salad | with roasted corn, fennel, fresh cucumbers and feta cheese on a bed of farm fresh romaine and radicchio lettuce

Gazpacho | chilled tomato soup infused with celery, onion, avocado, and accented with lime juice and a dash of salt and pepper

The vegetarian | Farmer market vegetable stack with smoked pepper sauce , saffron cous cous and a late spring asparagus bundle

The chicken | Mary's Farm cage free chicken breast with a baby purple artichoke and caper piccata with truffle mash potatoes and a late spring asparagus bundle

The fish | Citrus seared Loch Duart Salmon with Salsa Verde, saffron cous cous and a late spring asparagus bundle
