DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, January 29\n9:30–11:30 a.m. PT\nMuseum galleries \n  \nSold Out\nGuided gentle breathing\, movement\, meditation and sound in the Museum galleries.\nStep into wellness with Yoga Deck instructors inside the Museum galleries. During this special wellness workshop\, be briefly  introduced to relevant works of art in the Museum galleries and then led through a two-hour wellness experience designed by Yoga Deck instructors. \nExplore breathing exercises\, gentle movement poses\, guided meditation\, sound healing\, and personal reflection within the immersive surroundings of the Museum’s art galleries before the Museum opens to the public. This workshop seeks to expand meditative wellness practices through intersecting with the nourishment of art. \n  \nPhysical Disclaimer: \nLimited long-hold gentle poses. Pressure may be put on knees\, hips\, spine\, and shoulders; modifications will be offered. All levels welcome. \nParticipants should bring: \n\nYoga mat (limited number available on site)\nBlanket or meditation cushion is optional but encouraged\n\n  \n$30 members | $40 nonmembers\nPost-workshop Museum admission not included.
