Members are will also receive an extra 10% discount at The Museum Store (for a total of 20% off your purchase) throughout Member Appreciation Weekend and have the chance to meet two artists showcasing their products at the Store. Meet other members over coffee in the Library and Archives on Saturday\, and say hello to the membership team\, who will be on hand to answer any questions about membership and the Museum. SUMMARY:Virtual Tour: The Art of Being Human
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, February 12th \n1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. PT \n  \nDuring the Renaissance (15th–16th centuries)\, artists expressed human qualities in their art in part as a result of a rebirth of interest in Greek and Roman ideas\, philosophy\, and art.  This exploration of the human form and emotions in art has continued up to the present day. This tour will cover the rebirth of interest in the human world during the Renaissance and examine how those artists influenced the art of future generations who have used the human form to express their concerns and represent the world in which they live. \nPlease reserve your spot by clicking on this link.
