SUMMARY:Wellness Workshop: Exploring Fire and Flow
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, April 30\n9:30–11:15 a.m. PT\nMuseum galleries \n  \nGuided breathing\, meditation\, movement and sound in the Museum galleries.\nDuring this special before hours’ workshop\, visitors will be introduced to relevant artworks in the galleries by a museum docent and be led through a wellness experience designed and facilitated by Yoga Deck instructors. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore breathing exercises\, guided meditation\, movement and sound within select museum art galleries. This workshop will seek to expand meditative wellness practices through intersecting with the nourishment of art. \n  \nPhysical Disclaimer: \nLimited long-hold gentle poses. Pressure may be put on knees\, hips\, spine\, and shoulders; modifications will be offered. All levels welcome. \nParticipants should bring: \n\nYoga mat (limited number available on site)\nBlanket or meditation cushion is optional but encouraged\n\n  \nSave My Spot \n$30 members | $40 nonmembers\nPost-workshop Museum admission not included.
