Marcy Sculpture Garden \n  \nJoin Museum educators in the Museum sculpture garden for a free art-making event.\nArtists of all ages are invited to an afternoon in the Museum sculpture garden to construct a curving sculptural model with paper\, string\, and tape\, inspired by the organic sculptures of artist Henry Moore. No reservation required. All materials will be provided. \nGreat for artists of all ages\, Community and Family Drop-In Workshops invite artists to enjoy hands-on art making experiences inspired by the thinking and creating processes of artists on view at the Museum. This FREE event is inspired by O’Keeffe and Moore\, a special exhibition at the Museum on view May 13–August 27\, 2023.

In this multi-generational workshop\, you’ll dive into the private correspondence from both O’Keeffe and Moore with their respective friends and loved ones and consider the ways they expressed their love and gratitude through letters. Take this opportunity to explore letter-writing at all levels; guide your little ones through writing a note or individually indulge in writing a long letter. With a full heart and mind\, you’ll be provided with all the materials and instruction to properly write\, personalize\, address\, and post your very own hand-written letter to a loved one. \nThis FREE event is inspired by O’Keeffe and Moore\, a special exhibition at the Museum on view May 13–August 27\, 2023. \n  \nPlease RSVP here to save your spot!
