DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, December 14\, 2024\n2:00–3:30 p.m.\nGallery 16 \n\n  \nJoin Courtly Noyse performers and La Jolla Renaissance Singers for a holiday concert of lively Renaissance and Medieval music surrounded by the Museum’s collection of Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces in Art of Devotion\, upstairs in Gallery 16. \nCourtly Noyse is a six-person vocal and instrumental ensemble donning Renaissance apparel and playing replica instruments from the period. La Jolla Renaissance Singers is an a cappella choir performing music written during the Middle Ages through the Renaissance\, with occasional forays into the Romantic and Modern periods. Hear both groups perform a full set of classic songs and carols with traditional Renaissance instruments and soaring vocals. \n  \n\nFree with Museum admission. Performance date and time are subject to change. \n  \n    SDMA+ programs are offered by The San Diego Museum of Art in collaboration with other local arts institutions to create unique experiences and a deeper exploration of the art on view.
