Drawing from decades of experience\, Poussou will explore how cultural institutions can meaningfully engage diverse audiences while addressing pressing social issues. Poussou will share concrete examples of successful initiatives\, including specialized spaces for different age groups\, digital innovations\, and mobile museum projects that have expanded access beyond Paris.
