A murder shocks Montmartre—and Paris fears Jack the Ripper has arrived. Amid the glitter of the 1889 World’s Fair\, Inspector Achille Lefebvre races to catch the “Paris Ripper\,” with Toulouse-Lautrec considered one of his suspects.
