SUMMARY:Art of Elan: For the Earth
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, May 17\n7:00–8:00 p.m. PT\nMuseum rotunda \n  \nAs a complement to the immersive exhibition by Fernando Casasempere\, which pays homage to the earth and the many shifts it continues to undergo\, this unique musical program brings awareness to that which is all around us\, featuring the environmentally minded music of John Luther Adams alongside more culturally focused music by Angelica Negron and Paul Wiancko. Caroline Shaw’s “Plan and Elevation”closes the concert and features the ever-dynamic Hausmann Quartet. \n  \nSee TERRA: Fernando Casasempere before the performance. The exhibition will open to Art of Elan ticket holders at 6:00 p.m.\, one hour prior to the concert start time. \nTERRA: Fernando Casasempere is on view at the Museum April 29\, 2022–September 5\, 2022. \n  \nMembers $40 | Adults $50 | Military $45 | Senior $45 | Students $15 \nTickets are now on sale.
