Marcy Sculpture Garden \n  \nJoin Museum educators for an art-making event in the Museum sculpture garden.\nExplore painting in the garden en plein air\, or outdoors\, just like the Impressionists. Observe landscapes and light while using contemporary materials to create your own mini masterpiece while also learning about Impressionist paintings in the Museum’s permanent collection. \nIn addition\, create an elephant miniature painting. Using metallic watercolors\, paint pre-printed miniature drawings of elephants. Embellish and add your own details to create a unique painting inspired by Indian miniature paintings in the Museum’s permanent collection. \nNo reservation required.
