This summer we are exploring the intersection of wellness and art. The practitioners of Zen Soul Balance state that during this meditative practice\, harmonious sound waves fill the space as you relax on a mat and receive vibrations from crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, drums\, and chimes. They invite you to enjoy deep relaxation\, one of the most significant benefits you will receive\, as the sounds permeate your system and return it back to harmony.  \n  \nParticipants may wish to bring: \n\nEye covering\nSmall wrap or blanket\n\n  \nYoga mats will be provided on site. \n  \nAdvance registration required; tickets will not be available at the door. Experience the beauty of the Museum’s architecture and selected works of art in a new and immersive way. \nThrough the Museum’s vibrant works of art\, delve into recognizing your own experiences\, the art\, the group\, the space\, and the sense of oneness. \nClass includes breathwork and movement guidance by a trained professional\, journaling and conversation with Museum docents\, and a guided slow-looking art appreciation session. \n  \nPhysical Disclaimer: \nThe yoga session will include both chair and mat movements to accommodate participants with various health and mobility conditions. Limited long-hold gentle poses.
