Speaker: Ravi Reddy, psychiatrist, author, and teacher

SAAC socials are interactive events that offer the opportunity to mingle and to get to know support council members. This year we will travel virtually to South Asia. Please choose a place or monument in the region that you have visited and share your story with photographs or images. If you have not travelled to South Asia, please share which specific place you wish to visit and why.

As per our tradition at previous socials, please wear something South Asian, whether a scarf, jewelry, hair band, hat, clothing, or anything you wish, as long as it is visible on screen.

Ravi Reddy will start the evening with a short presentation on the “Monuments that inspired the design of the Taj Mahal.”.

Attendees will have a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to dine at The Royal India restaurant in San Diego or a copy of the Museum publication Epic Tales from Ancient India.

There will also be an auction at the end of the event of some beautiful works of art!
