Join Deborah Klochko as she shares about how our San Diego community has changed by teaching people how to read images one picture at a time. Ms. Klochko has a passion and a gift for telling stories while continuing the tradition of innovation that defined photography. With 40 years of experience in photography museums as an educator, director, and curator, she has grown the collection at the Museum of Photographic Arts, now the Museum of Photographic Arts at The San Diego Museum of Art (MOPA@SDMA), through a legacy of images that inspire, educate, and engage the broadest possible audience.
Please note, this lecture is in-person only and held at the state-of-the-art MOPA@SDMA Joan and Irwin Jacobs Theater in Balboa Park.
