Join us for a special interactive event at Eclipse Chocolate Bar and Bistro! You will hear from renowned local chocolatier, William Gustwiller, who will discuss the fine art of chocolate. Also an award-winning Chef, Mr. Gustwiller, trained as an artist and elevated his skill into the mixing and mastery of high end chocolates.

Come craft your own custom-flavored bar masterpiece to give to a loved one this Valentine’s Day. You can choose from dark or milk chocolate and twenty exotic spices/inclusions. This workshop also includes one glass of wine, beer or café drink. Stop by early to catch Eclipse’s happy hour which runs weekdays from 4:00–7:00 p.m.
