Learn about women in art and women artists in this bus trip to two Pasadena Museums.
Norton Simon Museum
“Matisse/Odalisque” Explore the theme of the odalisque in 19th and 20th century European art by artists such as Matisse, Bazille and Picasso. Be dazzled by Titian’s “Portrait of a Lady in White” on special loan from a German Museum.
In “Once Upon a Tapestry: Woven Tales of Helen and Dido,” see artworks that explore the fates of two heroines from classical mythology.
Pasadena History Museum
In “Something Revealed: California Women Artists Emerge, 1860–1960,” see more than 270 works of art by California female artists.
Water, snacks, and videos will be provided on the tour bus. A boxed lunch is also included in the cost of the bus tour.

Bus will be at the La Costa Park & Ride (710 La Costa Avenue), just east of Interstate 5. Turn north from La Costa Avenue into parking lot.
