Join us for an educational and entertaining trip to The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens!
The Huntington Library is famous for its collections spanning from the 11th century to the present and its art museum contains extraordinary examples of decorative arts and folk art, paintings, prints and drawings, photography, and sculpture. Explore the library and museum, plus enjoy a stroll around The Huntington’s 130 acres of gardens, which include a restored residential compound from 18th-century Japan and 83,000 living plants.
Tour ticket includes travel to The Huntington, guided docent tour around The Huntington Estate, and lunch. Full schedule below.

7:00 a.m. | Arrive in Balboa Park
7:30 a.m. | Bus departs from Balboa Park (from the north end of the Pan American Plaza parking lot)
8:00 a.m. | Bus picks up guests at the La Costa Park N Ride (710 La Costa Avenue, Encinitas, CA 92024)
10:00 a.m. | Arrive at The Huntington; Docent tour of the estate
Noon | Lunch served in the Celebration Lawn
1:00 p.m. | Free time to explore The Huntington
4:00 p.m. | Optional happy hour with guide Seena Ailor, SDMA docent
5:00 p.m. | Depart The Huntington
7:00 p.m. | Estimated arrival at La Costa Park & Ride
7:30 p.m. | Estimated arrival at Balboa Park

Bus will leave from the north end of the Pan American Plaza parking lot in Balboa Park at 7:30 a.m.
North County
Bus will pick up at the La Costa Park N Ride (710 La Costa Avenue, Encinitas, CA 92024) at 8:00 a.m.
