Nobility, beauty, strength, and vulnerability are captured in artist Neil Shigley’s large-scale portraits of the Invisible People, the homeless who live among us. He will discuss these works of art as well as the process. Neil Shigley is a San Diego artist, painter, printmaker, and educator whose work has been exhibited internationally.
