Art of the “Wild Beasts” explores the ways Fauve artists conveyed their experiences in the rapidly changing world of the early 20th century. Examining paintings by prominent names like Henri Matisse and André Derain as well as works by similarly innovative figures such as Maurice de Vlaminck and Raoul Dufy, the virtual tour focuses on artists whose works are currently presented in the exhibition Monet to Matisse: Impressionist Masterpieces from the Bemberg Foundation.
