Guided breathing, meditation, movement, and art appreciation in the Museum galleries.
Explore the relationship between breath, body, mind, elements, and colors through guided breathwork and movement. Experience the beauty of the Museum’s architecture and selected works of art in a new and immersive way.
Through the Museum’s vibrant works of art, delve into recognizing your own experiences, the art, the group, the space, and the sense of oneness.
Class includes breathwork and movement guidance by a trained professional, journaling and conversation with Museum docents, and a guided slow-looking art appreciation session.
Physical Disclaimer:
The yoga session will include both chair and mat movements to accommodate participants with various health and mobility conditions. Limited long-hold gentle poses. All levels welcome.
Participants should bring:
- Yoga mat
- Small towel
$20 members | $30 nonmembers
Ticket includes access to the Museum during session and guided mindfulness tour led by a Museum docent. Post-workshop Museum admission not included.
