- Visitor Services/Customer Service: Work alongside the Museum's admissions staff to greet and direct visitors, answer questions, take tickets, and promote membership.
- Baggage Check: Check food/drink items and backpacks into the coat room and return them to visitors as they leave the Museum.
- Surveys: Assist the Marketing Department with the Museum's visitor surveys.
- Special Exhibitions: Assist with events such as Culture & Cocktails, programs, Art Alive, and specially ticketed exhibitions.
- Library: Perform light office work, shelve, photocopy, archive, compile files, scan books, and assist with research and writing bibliographies.
- Education: Work with kids and families on art projects and crafts at Teen Art Cafe, Family Festivals, and other education oriented events.
- Administrative: Perform light office work including filing, organizing, assembling mailings, guides, and information packets for the Museum's Education, Marketing, Membership, Data Services, and other departments.
