The Museum’s Education Manager, Johanna Benson, will present on the history and use of the BEAM, a smart telepresence device/robot that navigates the galleries by remote control for visitors who cannot otherwise visit due to physical accessibility challenges. Participants will experience a BEAM tour by using the technology as a group to tour the Museum.
