Explore a world of texture, color, and love for abstraction! Create your own abstract portrait, and be inspired by the colorful work of Mexican artist Rufino Tamayo. Develop your own version of abstract portraiture, and search the museum for other abstract portraits; see what you can find!

Free with Museum admission. Explore and learn more about the art in the galleries by participating in activities designed for families to enjoy together. Recommended for families with children ages 6–12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
