Location: The San Diego Museum of Art

Event Navigation

Sunday, December 2
1:00–3:00 p.m.
Gallery 16

Please join us for Family Drop-In this Sunday! A Museum educator will lead families in a portraiture workshop. Artists will be encouraged to compose overlapping geometric and/or organic shapes to create a portrait collage.

Families are invited to explore the Museum together through special activities enjoyable for both adults and children. Participants take part in art projects inspired by the Museum’s collection, go on family-friendly, docent-led tours, and play Museum-generated gallery games. Themes and projects change each month. Recommended for families with children ages 6–12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

FREE with Museum admission. Visitors ages 17 & under receive free Museum admission.
