Create Henry Moore-inspired relief prints on textiles.
Enjoy a docent-led gallery tour of the O’Keeffe and Moore exhibition to learn about these artists’ work and the inspiration they found from observing and exploring objects found in nature. Though Henry Moore is known for his iconic modern sculptures inspired by natural forms, this hands-on workshop will focus on his lesser-known textile prints. Experiment creating block prints with foam and rubber stamps, found objects, inks, brayers, and barrens in this hands-on studio experience to design printed banners, tea towels, or tote bags, similar in style to the textiles created by Henry Moore.
Workshop includes same-day admission to the special exhibition and all Museum galleries.
Members $60 | Nonmembers $80
