The Chapel of the Rocks virtual tour highlights the thought-provoking new installation of New York-based artist Justin Sterling. Built in the museum’s gallery, the chapel is infused with light refracted by multiple glass windows. Reclaimed, smashed, and redesigned they become a symbol for “broken windows policing” and other examples of what the artist describes as “bad faith,” as well as a possibility for personal and collective healing.
Please reserve your spot by clicking on this link. All participants will be sent the Zoom link and instructions via email once you secure your place. Space is limited.
Hosted by The San Diego Museum of Art Docent Council.
