Panama 66 Private Dining
During open hours of the restaurant, there are two areas within the space that can be transitioned for private dinner parties or receptions while the restaurant remains open to the public. These reservations must be made directly with Panama 66 management and booking parties. *

Food & Beverage: When booking your private group reservation, please note that dates come with a food and beverage revenue guarantee. Minimums do not include our service charge, sales tax, and gratuity. Food and beverage minimums vary.
* Panama 66 Buyout: The restaurant is open to private buyout. A facility fee to close the space to the public would be applicable on top of the food and beverage minimum.
