Chris Fessenden is the creator of The Artist Odyssey (TAO), a group of artists, filmmakers, and storytellers using the power of film to bring artists’ stories to the world. Chris’s curiosity at the intersection of the arts, curation, cinematography, journalism, and photography led to him start TAO with two beliefs.

First: The finished work is only the tip of the iceberg. TAO illuminates and shares the artist’s journey before the work and explores the interaction between artist, work, and intended audience after the work.

Second: Looking beyond the traditional arts capitals and gatekeepers to include a far wider variety of artistic, cultural, and geographic influences can significantly enrich the global arts experience, from both creative and experiential perspectives.
