Join us for an educational and entertaining trip to the Palm Springs Art Museum!
Palm Springs Art Museum encompasses three floors of inspiring and invigorating artwork in a variety of media. Established in 1938, the Palm Springs Art Museum has become the center of the desert’s art community. What began as a museum about the desert has evolved into an oasis for the museum’s permanent art collection featuring 19th, 20th, and 21st century works focusing on contemporary California art, classic western and Native American art; Mesoamerican art, Mexican art, and European modern art; glass studio art, American mid-twentieth century architecture, and American photography. Your bus tour ticket includes lunch and a docent tour around the museum.

7:00 a.m. | Arrive in Balboa Park
7:30 a.m. | Bus departs from Balboa Park (from the north end of the Pan American Plaza parking lot)
8:00 a.m. | Bus picks up guests at the Escondido Park N Ride (875-899 N Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025)
10:00 a.m. | Arrive at Palm Springs Art Museum
10:15 a.m. | Docent tour led by Seena Ailor, SDMA docent
Noon | Catered lunch
1:00 p.m. | Free time to explore Palm Springs Art Museum
4:00 p.m. | Optional happy hour with guide Seena Ailor
5:00 p.m. | Depart Palm Springs
7:00 p.m. | Estimated arrival at Escondido Park N Ride
